Data Deletion Policy

1. Introduction

High Tech Manpower Outsourcing Pvt. Ltd. ("HTIMO", "we", "us") respects your right to control your personal data. If you have used our website, apps, or services that connect with Meta (Facebook, Instagram, or WhatsApp), you can request that we delete the personal data we received about you.

2. Data we may hold

Depending on how you interacted with us, this can include your name, email address, phone number, Meta user or page identifier, profile information you authorized us to access, messages or form submissions you sent us, and related technical logs such as IP address and the time of the request.

3. How to request deletion

Send an email to info@htmanpower.com with the subject line Data Deletion Request. Please include:

• Your full name
• The email address or phone number linked to your Meta account
• Your Facebook, Instagram, or WhatsApp user ID, if you have it
• The HTI app, page, or service you used

You can also remove HTI's access from your Facebook or Instagram settings (Settings & privacy > Settings > Apps and websites). Removing the app there does not by itself delete data we already stored. Please still email us so we can complete the deletion.

4. What happens after you request

We will confirm that we received your request and delete the personal data associated with your account within 30 days, unless we must keep a limited record to meet a legal, security, or accounting obligation. Any data we are required to keep is stored only for that purpose and for no longer than the law requires. We will email you when the deletion is complete.
